Can I personalize or engrave my wallet?
Yes, many of our products offer custom name embossing and charm attachments. Please select the 'Personalize' option on the product page before adding it to your cart.
How long does shipping take within India?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other regions. Personalized items may require an additional 24-48 hours for processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for non-personalized items if they are unused and in original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. You can also choose to pay via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, or Net Banking for faster checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking link to your registered email and mobile number via SMS, allowing you to monitor your package in real-time.
